As vacation homeowners and renters ourselves we expect a smooth rental experience on time and everytime! Therefore, we verify every property with the owner or manager. If a listing is determined to be grossly misrepresented (in violation of our Terms of Use and/or Owner Listing Agreement), we'll provide a full refund, if your claim is filed within 12 hours of check-in (claims can be filed by calling 800-515-1335 or emailing info@ReserveMyHome.com). Prior to your arrival, if we learn that a listing is misrepresented, we will use reasonable efforts to find you alternative accommodations that we feel meet or exceed your original request.
